Insight 360 v2.4.2.65 iOS Teacher App Release
Turning Technologies is happy to announce the release of Insight 360 v2.4.2.65 iOS Teacher App. The latest version resolves minor issues for an enhanced user experience. App is currently available to download on the App Store℠.

- Resolved issue that caused the Teacher App to crash while on the roster view in certain
- scenarios
- Resolved issue that caused the iOS status bar to disappear on iOS 7.1

ResponseWare Session Connection Issue
Yesterday our DNS provider, GoDaddy, experienced a DNS outage that lasted approximately 1.5 hours (10:00 - 11:30 EDT).
During this time, the resolution of DNS names (turningtechnologies.com and others) was negatively impacted in multiple regions around the globe. While all of our systems remained active, it is likely that they were unavailable to customers in affected regions. This outage may have affected your availability to start or connect to a ResponseWare session. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
GoDaddy has now restored service to the affected regions and our services should once again be available worldwide.

TurningPoint Cloud v6.0.1 Release
Turning Technologies is happy to announce the release of TurningPoint Cloud v6.0.1, currently available on the Turning Account server. The latest version addresses identified issues for an enhanced user experience. Current users are encouraged to download the latest version in order to alleviate any potential issues, including use with learning management systems (LMS).
Notes for the PC release include:
- Resolved “Error communicating with the Turning Account Server” that occurred during download of large participant lists
- Fixed issue preventing PowerPoint keyboard shortcuts from working correctly
Notes for the Mac release include:
- Resolved “Error communicating with the Turning Account Server” that occurred during download of large participant lists
- Fixed issue preventing the download of a ResponseWare Device ID when no other Device ID is registered
Software downloads of TurningPoint Cloud is only available through the creation of a Turning Account at account.turningtechnologies.com. TurningPoint Cloud v6.0.1 will also be updated for v6.0 customers that have automatic updates enabled.

Turning Account Server Update
Turning Technologies is happy to announce the release of updates to Turning Account v1.0.3, currently available on the Turning Account website. The latest version includes user interface enhancements that will allow for easier navigation among tabs and licensing options. Both instructor and participant account interfaces will be affected with the update but no further action is necessary.
Notes for the release include:
- Added a Redeem button in the License section to directly access the scratch-off page for students
- Changed the location of the Turning Account license message for students
- Concurrent licenses can now be added to accounts before they are created. When the account is created the license will be applied automatically.
- Added a maintenance message to notify the user of scheduled updates
- Available participant lists are not displayed until searching

ResponseWare Server Outage
Please note that the ResponseWare server is currently experiencing technical difficulties. The issues will affect the ability to start or connect to a ResponseWare session at this time. We are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible and will inform customers when the issues have been resolved and when ResponseWare sessions are able to be run again.

ResponseWare Server Issues Resolved
Please note the ResponseWare server issues experienced earlier today (9/11) have been resolved and ResponseWare is now operational. Users now have the ability to start or connect to a ResponseWare session.

Amazon Web Service Scheduled Maintenance - Products Affected
Amazon Web Services is performing maintenance this weekend, including scheduled reboots of instances utilizing database services, utilized for Turning Accounts, ResponseWare our online student store.
In order to accommodate the maintenance schedule and ensure our applications remain in a consistent state, Turning Accounts, ResponseWare and our student store will be offline between 1:30 AM - 8:30 AM EST on Saturday, September 27th.

Turning Account v1.0.4 Release
Turning Technologies is happy to announce the release of updates to Turning Account v1.0.4, currently available on the Turning Account website. The latest version includes updates with further instructions for new users and interaction with learning management systems. Both instructor and participant account interfaces will be affected with the update but no further action is necessary.

- Added new user instructions to the account login screen
- Removed the pre-populated e-mail address for LMS users when creating new accounts
- Resolved an intermittent error that occurred when accounts were being created simultaneously
- Addressed an error that could occur when changing a password to a previously used password from the same account
