Please note that our teams continue to working diligently to correct the identified ResponseWare issues and expect to have a fix ASAP. Three identified issues with ResponseWare are currently affecting TurningPoint Cloud and TurningPoint 5 ResponseWare sessions and ResponseWare Student App usage.
For instructors currently using TurningPoint Cloud or TurningPoint 5 with ResponseWare, users may experience the following issues: 1). polling is open and responses are not being received, 2.) polling closes and chart does not display and 3.) ResponseWare feedback is not displayed.
