Yesterday our DNS provider, GoDaddy, experienced a DNS outage that lasted approximately 1.5 hours (10:00 - 11:30 EDT).
During this time, the resolution of DNS names (turningtechnologies.com and others) was negatively impacted in multiple regions around the globe. While all of our systems remained active, it is likely that they were unavailable to customers in affected regions. This outage may have affected your availability to start or connect to a ResponseWare session. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
GoDaddy has now restored service to the affected regions and our services should once again be available worldwide.
