- Fully supports the grade book icon display. Will now show

in the header of the grade book when the grade was imported from TurningPoint.

- A single update query is included for users who would like the grade book icons to take effect for grades that have already been imported. This is only necessary for users who had any of our previous Moodle blocks installed.
